RETURN POLICY

At Strafford Saddlery, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We select our products with quality and price in mind, but if your purchase does not meet your needs, you may return or exchange it. To exchange an item, please call the store at 802-765-4485 and we gladly will help you find the right product to meet your needs.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Any shipping fees on the initial purchase are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping, unless an item is defective or has been shipped to the customer in error.  Clearance items marked final sale, special orders and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please ship all returns or exchanges with a copy for your original receipt, along with any tags and packaging (even if they have been removed from the item), to the store at:

If you use the US Postal Service, please be sure to include our PO Box in the address.

Please return items via a trackable, insured shipping method. Strafford Saddlery is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Any items returned damaged due to lack of proper packaging will be subject to a damaged item fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be processed, within about 7 days, once the item has been received at Strafford Saddlery.

If you have received an item that you feel is defective, please contact the store at 802-765-4485.

Special terms apply to saddle returns.

  • Used and consignment saddles are sold in “as-is” condition and are final sale.
  • To return a new saddle, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the saddle.
  • All saddles are available for test rides, so it is not necessary to purchase a saddle in order to trial it. For more information, please see our Saddle Trial Policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us 800.560.4485 for charges. Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifable information to anyone.

SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
