We want you to find the best ride. We understand what its like when an item isn't right; we want to help find the right fit for you and your horse. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase in new, unused condition. Return shipping will not be refunded unless an item is defective or has been shipped to the customer in error. In case of defective merchandise, please call us. Please note that special orders are non-refundable and subject to the manufacturer's restocking fees. With credit card authorization, saddles may be ridden in for 7-10 days to ensure the fit is right for you and your horse. Customer pays shipping.

        Shipping Policy

        Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us 800.560.4485 for charges. Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax.
