Strafford Saddlery is staffed by a small but mighty team of knowledgeable horse people focused on serving the national equestrian community with great service and great products. As our business grows and our customer base expands, we need several people to help take Strafford Saddlery to the next level.
Customer Service, Marketing & Online Content, Inventory & Receiving, and Order Fulfillment
Customer-facing and behind-the-scenes help is needed in a variety of areas. Depending on your skills, experience and interests, these roles could be full-time or part-time. General descriptions of the available positions include:
All positions are year-round (approximately 25 - 40 hours per week, 4 - 5 days per week), based in Quechee, Vermont at our retail store.

We are always looking for energetic and dedicated people to join our team as Part-Time SALES STAFF.
Our sales staff is focused primarily on helping customers find the products they need. They also help with receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing web orders, and maintaining store displays and appearance.
We need enthusiastic horse people with a passion for providing a great customer experience. You should have:
Both seasonal and year-round Sales positions are available with a flexible schedule that includes some weekends.
Related experience is helpful, but we are more interested in individuals who are upbeat, organized and collaborative, with the ability and desire to contribute to the success of Strafford Saddlery.
