To use your gift certificate in-store, you must bring your redemption code and order number with you.
A physical gift certificate will NOT be mailed unless requested.

I placed an order for an e-gift card with the incorrect email address, absolutely my fault, and I expected to be out the $. However, days later when I found out I had the wrong email of recipient it was a weekend so I submitted an online email notifying them of my mistake. First thing Monday I called to check, and they were in the process of fixing it already!! Thank you thank you for helping make it a special birthday!
